According to a report from US, more than 40,000 ballots were delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS) across the country on Thursday. The USPS said in a court filing that 1,076 ballots were found at the USPS Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center, 300 were found at the Pittsburgh processing center, 266 at a Lehigh Valley facility and others at the rest of the Pennsylvania processing centers.
