Pair of sandals made from snakeskin for PM Imran Khan seized by wildlife department

On Monday, a report said that officials from Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province's Wildlife Department seized a pair of snakeskin sandals prepared for PM Imran Khan from a shop in Pakistan. The owner of the Afghan Chappal House, Nooruddin Shinwari, in his defence, said that the snakeskin had been sent from the US to make 2 pairs of the 'Kaptaan Chappal', one for the donor and the other for PM.
