Pakistan Airspace shutdown: How will it affect India?

Pakistan has shut down its Airspace for India, for the next 3 days, starting from August 28th. Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, has said that they are considering a complete ban on India on the Pakistan Airspace in future. If the ban takes place, flights from India to Europe of Gulf countries or the US will need to take longer routes, and along with increased time, the cost of operations will also increase.
