Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Pak's foreign minister, called up UN's Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to discuss about the sensitive and delicate issue of Kashmir. India clearly has stated its stand that scrapping of article 370 is its internal matter and Pakistan should be ready to accept this. Pak felt that it was important to address the suffering in Kashmir where there were day and night curfew for the last 20 days.
