Pakistan to approach ICJ over India's actions in Kashmir: Pak Media

Days after facing a setback at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), Pakistan decides to approach the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over human rights violations by Indian forces in Kashmir. Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi made this announcement. The decision was taken after considering all legal aspects, law ministry would soon issue further details in this regard, Qureshi added.
