Bizarre but true, 67-year old Mohanraj has claimed that he has Rs 4 lakh crore loan from world bank and a cash of Rs 1.76 lakh crore. His affidavit to contest in Perambur by-elections had more to it. His claim added that he has been filling fake affidavits since 2009 and 2016, had Rs.1977 crore, decided to contest from South Chennai. He asked if he would be punished by EC for this, then several others too should be punished.
