German Chancellor Angela Merkel met PM Modi on Friday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan during her two-day official visit to New Delhi. She also went to the Rajghat to pay tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and signed the visitor's register. PM Modi thanked Germany for supporting India at export control regimes after the signing of MoUs.
