Hong Kong police have banned a vigil to remember Tiananmen Square crackdown for the first time in 30 years. It comes in effect due to health concerns over coronavirus. But, there is concern this may end the commemorations as China looks to impose a new security law in the territory. Currently, Hong Kong and Macau are the only Chinese territory where people commemorate the 1989 crackdown on pro-democracy protesters.
