A power outage during the press conference at 'Indira Bhawan' of Madhya Pradesh's Energy Minister Priyavrat Singh was a sight of unsettlement. Although the power was restored within a minute, the audience was seen giggling. Singh alleged the lights out as conspiracy and blamed previous BJP govt for low finances to the power companies. The cabinet decided to provide electricity at Re 1/unit for up to 100 units.
