Tension increases between Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy and Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi as the CM protests outside her residence on Wednesday night and sleeps outside her home blocking all the entries. The reason for the protest was that Bedi wanted, wearing helmets compulsory for motorists with immediate effect but CM wanted things to go in a planned manner.
