Putin says Rap music must be state-controlled

Vladimir Putin is concerned about the growing popularity of rap music among the Russian youth and he has called the cultural leaders to find out a way to control rather than banning the popular music. Putin said that sex, drugs and protest are the 3 pillars of Rap music and that is why it needs to be directed. Otherwise, this path could lead to the degradation of the nation as Drug propaganda is worse than cursing.
