The Supreme Court today gave the Centre a clean-chit in the Rafale contract matter. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Thursday that Justice K M Joseph has left open a "huge door" for investigation into the Rafale deal. The leader demanded a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into the fighter jet contract. The apex court rejected the plea for registration of an FIR by the CBI for alleged commission of cognisable offence.
