The Rajasthan High Court has deferred the hearing on disqualification of MLAs by Rajasthan speaker as Sachin Pilot and camp sought time amend their petition challenging the move to disqualify dissident MLAs from Rajasthan Assembly. However, the petitioners haven't specified any time. Counsel Harish Salve said that dissident MLAs want to challenge constitutional validity of disqualification notices issued by Rajasthan Speaker.
