Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday addressed top commanders of the Army. Rajnath drew the attention of the commanders towards the use of unconventional weapons in the future. He emphasized on niche technology areas like cyberspace, information warfare and perception management domains. He called upon the Army to achieve jointness and called it an operational necessity and assured that there will be no criticalities.
