Retired Indian Air Force officer commits suicide, blames Chidambaram for economic mess

A retired Indian Air Force officer committed suicide and blamed the country's economic mess as well as his own household former finance minister P Chidambaram. The officer, recognized as Bijan Das, hailed from Assam's Mangaldoi city. He murdered himself in a hotel in Prayagraj in UP blaming corruption and mess. Bijan Das encouraged PM Modi to take care of his family and his son in particular in a 4-page suicide note.
