Film star Rishi Kapoor is in the dilemma as a FIR has been filed against him for posting pornographic material on his twitter account that carries 2.6 million followers. President of the Jai Foundation NGO Afroz Malik in a letter requested to apply sections under POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting an indecent, vulgar and nude picture on his twitter account. There are 62 retweets and 376 likes till now.
