RKS Bhadauria says Balakot strike results would have been different if IAF had Rafales

R K S Bhadauria, Indian Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal recently said that if the IAF had been equipped with Rafales in its possession during the time of Balakot airstrike, the result of the strike would have been different.
