Russian president approves bill to make law over internet operations

The Russian president Vladimir Putin on Wednesday has signed a bill to make into law with which the control of the govt over the internet will tighten. According to the new law, internet service providers in Russia will unplug from the foreign servers and develop a national domain system that will allow the nation to stay online if it was ever cut off from the global internet. The law will go into effect on November 1st.
