The sacked BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav approached the Supreme Court on Monday, challenging the Election Commission's decision to reject his nomination at the time of polls from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency against PM Modi, who is also contesting from the city. Yadav was fielded by the Samajwadi Party as its candidate from the seat. He became famous after sharing video showing quality of food being served to them.
