Samsung Cheif jailed for 5 years over corruption

A South Korean court has found Samsung's heir Lee Jae-Yong guilty of bribery, embezzlement, hiding assets overseas, concealing profit from criminal acts and perjury. He has been sentenced to 5 years in prison. He is convicted in the corruption scandal that led to the dismissal of the country’s former President Park Geun-Hye. Other former Samsung executives charged with Lee were also found guilty.
