SC orders release of journalist, who defamed CM Yogi, says he isn't murderer

The Supreme Court has ordered the police to release the journalist Prashant Kanojia, who defamed the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath a few days back. The Apex Court while giving his decision said that Prashant is not a murderer and release him immediately. The SC further slammed the CM and said, "The opinions may vary, he probably shouldn't have written that tweet, but on what basis was he arrested."
