South Korean President Moon Jae-in’s government has passed legislation in the country's parliament that criminalizes sending anti-Kim leaflets to the North. The “anti-leaflet” bill was passed late Monday months after the Kim Jong administration demanded action against the “human scum” behind the messages. The bill was posed with the help of the votes of the members of Moon’s Democratic Party and its allies.
