The Gandhi family is once again surrounded by trouble as the Tax Tribunal has rejected the plea of the Gandhis, which claimed that Young Indian is a non-profit entity. What's more concerning for the Gandhis is that the Rs 100 crore tax file could be reopened in the matter. The Tribunal mentioned that loans were given by the All India Congress Committee to Young Indian and it was doing business through the Associated Journal Limited.
