Stray cattle in Calangute turn non-vegetarian, says Goa Minister Michael Lobo

Goa minister Michael Lobo said that animals from Calangute had turned non-veg & refused to eat gram or other veg food when they were taken to a gaushala. He said the cattle from Calangute & Candolim are used to eating non-veg food like leftover chicken scraps, stale fried fish from hotels. He asked special vets to medically treat the cattle with medicine & turn them into veg again. 76 animals from Calangute were rescued.
