Subhash Chopra appointed as a Delhi Congress president. Former BJP MP Kirti Azad was also selected as the chairman of the campaign committee the party's Delhi unit.Subhash was appointed after the former president Sheila Dikshit died and also served as a speaker of the Delhi assembly when he was first elected in 1998 from Kalkaji. He is also very popular for becoming MLA three times in a row.
