Supreme Court grants bail to P Chidambaram in INX media case

Former finance minister and Congress leader P Chidambaram has got bail from the Supreme Court on Wednesday, 105 days after his arrest in August. A bench of justices R Banumathi, AS Bopanna and Hrishikesh Roy heard Chidambaram's bail plea and granted him bail under the condition that he can not leave the country without Court's permission and will not contact witnesses. He also had to submit a bail bond of Rs. 2 lakh.
