Take special care of Kashmiri students: MHA issues order to all states & UTs

After deploying addritional troops in J&K and putting security forces on ‘high alert’ especially in units based in J&K, MHA issues advisory to all Union Territories and states. The home ministry has asked all states and UT administration to be on alert and asked them to take special care of Kashmiri students.
