Tamil Nadu CM says he won't allow 3-language formula under new education policy

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami has said that he won't allow the 3-language formula to be implemented in the state under the new education policy released by the centre. The three-language formula in the new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is "painful and saddening", said Palaniswami. He added that he will appeal the Prime Minister to reconsider the policy and let the states implement as per the policy.
