The Supreme Court released a notice to the Center for the revised anti-terrorism law that enables the state to recognize a person as a terrorist. This case emerged days after the govt, proclaimed Hafiz Saeed and underworld don Dawood Ibrahim as terrorists. A group could be defined as a terrorist organization by the central if it engaged in terrorist acts or prepared for terrorism under the initial act.
