Jharkhand Transport Minister, CP Singh's vehicle, was caught in breach of traffic rules and the minister had to knock out Rs 100 as a punishment. Funnily, the scheme implemented by him discovered that he was at fault when his vehicle jumped at a red light. The minister was on his route when his vehicle was captured by the red light infringement detection scheme (RLVD) dropping a signal at the Sarjana Chowk in Ranchi.
