Trump admin still owes D.C. govt $7 million for inauguration

The Washington Post reported that Trump administration & Congress still owe the D.C govt $7 million for expenses related to the 2017 presidential inauguration & raised query about who will foot the bill for Trump's planned July 4 speech at Lincoln Memorial. It also said-DC had to dip into a special fund that's used for city security costs & is usually replenished by federal money, but it will fall short of funds this fall.
