U.S. President Donald Trump challenged the federal appeals court decision, which ruled that he violated the US Constitution by blocking people. Trump has more than 63 million followers on Twitter, which he uses to make significant announcements. The blocking of seven critics on Twitter was challenged by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University. Amendment reasoning cannot be applied to the President of the US.
