The war between Congress' Navjot Singh Sidhu and Punjab CM Amarinder Singh continues as the former refused to take charge of the Power and New and Renewable Energy Ministery that was given to him on Thursday. The Ministry was waiting for the new minister's call, to get informed about the change in charge but Sidhu didn't call. He is expected to reach Delhi today to meet the party high command for the issue.
