UN Chief concerned over Kashmir issue & believes India, Pakistan must resolve through dialogue

UN chief met PM Modi last month during G7 Summit & met Pak's Foreign Minister Qureshi. 'UN Chief Antonio Guterres remains very concerned about any potential escalation between the 2 countries over Kashmir & appeals to both sides to deal with the issue through dialogue', his spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said at a daily press briefing. Dujarric adds- the situation in Kashmir can only be solved with full respect for human rights.
