Days after the Supreme Court refused to stay the Allahabad High Court's order that directed the Uttar Pradesh government to take down the "name and shame" posters of the anti-CAA protestors who cause harm to public property, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet on Friday approved "UP Recovery of damage to public properties Ordinance-2020" for recovery of losses due to damage to government and private properties during political processions.
