Two votes were declared void in the Rajya Sabha. They were declared invalid as the accused MLAs didn't show their ballot paper at the polling booth. One of the accused, BSP MLA Anil Singh stated that he voted for the BJP. The other, Nitin Agarwal too advocated the victory for BJP. The TRS party of Telangana was also able to win all 3 seats it contested for in Rajya Sabha, where a total of 108 members voted.
