US national security adviser says something close to genocide going on in Xinjiang

United States National Security adviser Robert O'Brien spoke about the genocide of Muslims in the Xinjiang region by Chinese authorities. "If not a genocide, something close to it going on in Xinjiang," O'Brien said at an online event. "The Chinese are literally shaving the heads of Uighur women and making hair products and sending them to the United States," he added while saying that over a million Muslims have been detained.
