After the continuous attacks on American personnel in Iraq controlled regions, United States has conveyed to the Arab nation that it is planning a full withdrawal from its embassy in Baghdad unless any concrete action is taken by Iraq. "There are outlaw groups that try to shake this relationship, and closing the embassy would send a negative message to them," an official said while urging US to reconsider the decision.
