US to impose sanction on sellers supplying arms to Iran after decade long UN arms embargo end

As Tehran said that the decade-long UN embargo on arms trade with it had expired, US warned the individual sellers against involving in any arms deal with the Islamic republic while adding that arms sales to Iran would breach UN resolutions. US said it was "prepared to use its domestic authorities to sanction any individual or entity that materially contributes to the supply, sale, or transfer of conventional arms to or from Iran."
