Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuelan president, has fired back at the US dismissing the narco-terrorism charge to divert attention from its coronavirus woes. A reward of up to $15 million is promised to anybody who shall give a tip to the US government leading to the Venezuelan leader Maduro's capture and arrest and a $10 million to those willing to help nab any of Maduro's high profile co-conspirators.
