Pakistan skipped a virtual conference with major senior trade officialsof Saarc. The major agenda was to figure out ways to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on regional trade. This conference was attended by prominent leaders of the eight Saarc states and the summit was convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Essential trade within the Saarc region was also considered pivotal for favourable consideration.
