Days after bills to scrap Article 370 and bifurcation of J&K were passed, PM Modi addresses the nation today. He begins with congratulating the nation and J&K people and said the rights of all citizens of India are equal, and their responsibilities are equal too. Article 370 and Article 35A gave only separatism, nepotism and corruption to J&K people. He also assured J&K people that J&K will not remain a UT forever.
