Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray reacted to the police action against the protestors in Jamia Millia Islamia University, comparing it to the massacre at 1919 Jallianwala Bagh. “What happened at Jamia Millia Islamia, is like Jallianwala Bagh. Students are like a ‘Yuva bomb’. So we request the central government to not do, what they are doing, with students,” the Maharashtra Chief Minister sad.
