The Supreme Court ordered on Tuesday that a floor test will be conducted on Wednesday after the NCP-Shivsena-Congress alliance moved the court over Devendra Fadnavis swearing-in as the CM. The court said the floor test will be conducted by the pro tem speaker but the opposition wanted an open ballet floor test as in open ballot, MLAs belonging to political parties are required to show their ballot paper, after casting vote.
