Gurgaon may be the flashiest city of India but as DLF's K.P.Singh retires, he regrets that Gurgaon is not yet the futuristic city he wished to create. The 90-year-old, who left an army job to join DLF in 1961 transformed DLF into India's biggest listed property firm, retired as the company's chairman on Thursday & handed over the reins to his son Rajiv. Rajiv has been appointed as chairman & Singh has been made chairman emeritus.
