Wooden statue of Melania Trump set ablaze at her hometown in Slovenia
A statue of America's first lady Melania Trump was set ablaze near her hometown of Sevnica, Slovenia, on the night of July Fourth. The wooden sculpture was crafted by Brad Downey, a Berlin-based American artist. Downey came to know about the incident from the police, after which he got the torched statue removed. "I want to know why they did it," a disappointed Downey remarked. White House is yet to comment on the incident.
