Writers, theatre persona showed support for CAA dressed as kings, thanked PM Modi for the new law

Amidst the nationwide protests against CAA, a group of writers, theatre persons and environmentalists expressed their support for the new law by dressing up as kings and gathered outside the Deputy Commissioner's office in Karnataka. They thanked PM Modi for bringing the Act into the country. The Act claims at granting a fast track Indian citizenship to non-Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh & Afghanistan.
