South African pacer, Dale Steyn, announced his retirement from Test cricket with immediate effect. He said that he had to make the decision that was in the best interests of prolonging his career. In my opinion Test cricket is the best version of this game but what’s more terrifying is the thought of never playing again at all, he added. In his 15 years long carrer he picked up 439 wickets which is most for a Protean.
