Pakistan’s Babar Azam became the 2nd-fastest to reach 3000 ODI runs during his team’s World Cup win against New Zealand on Wednesday. The right-hander surpassed legendary Viv Richards (69) on the elite list reaching the milestone in 68th innings. He is only behind South African opener Hashim Amla on the list, who achieved the feat in 57 innings. Azam scored an unbeaten 101 as Pakistan beat New Zealand by 6 wickets.
