Soumya Sarkar and Liton Das guided Bangladesh to a 48-run victory over Zimbabwe in the first T20I of the 2-match series. While Soumya struck 62 off 32 balls, his second T20 half-century, in-form Liton scored 59 off 39 balls to propel Bangladesh to 200-3 in the 20 overs. The visitors in reply to the huge target were bowled out for 152 runs in 19 overs. Aminul Islam and Mustafizur Rahman both picked up 3 wickets each.
